The terms that govern your use of ev&Me services.
ev&Me LLC ("ev&Me," "we," "us," or "our") provides in-person and virtual vehicle guidance and education sessions in the Washington, DC metropolitan area (Maryland, Virginia, and DC). Our services include the ev&Me Experience, Ownership Sessions, Charging&Me, Driving&Me, Done-For-You Setup, and the Jumpstart Package, as described at evandme.co/services.
By booking a session or using our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
All sessions must be booked through our website at evandme.co/book or by contacting us directly. Full payment is required at the time of booking. Sessions are not confirmed until payment is received.
ev&Me LLC accepts payment via credit card, debit card, Venmo, or Zelle. Credit and debit card payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. ev&Me LLC does not store payment card information.
Current session pricing:
ev&Me LLC reserves the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice. Confirmed bookings are not subject to price increases.
Full refund: Cancel more than 24 hours before your session for a complete refund to your original payment method, processed within 5–10 business days.
No refund: Cancellations within 24 hours of the session start time are non-refundable. As a one-time courtesy, ev&Me LLC may offer a reschedule at its discretion if requested at least 2 hours before the session.
No-shows: Customers who do not appear within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time without prior communication forfeit their payment in full.
ev&Me cancellations: If ev&Me must cancel a session, the customer will receive a full refund or, at the customer's election, a rescheduled session at no additional cost.
For the Jumpstart Package, individual sessions are non-refundable once completed. If a customer wishes to discontinue the package before all sessions are completed, a prorated refund may be issued at ev&Me LLC's discretion.
Program name: ev&Me Session Notifications
Program description: By opting in, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from ev&Me LLC related to your sessions, including booking confirmations, session reminders, portal access codes, and post-session summaries.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your session activity. You will typically receive 2–4 messages per session booked.
Message and data rates may apply based on your carrier and plan.
To opt out: Reply STOP to any message from ev&Me at any time. You will receive one final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent unless you re-opt in.

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most major US carriers. Carrier support may vary. ev&Me LLC and participating carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your mobile number will not be shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.
In-person sessions are available throughout the Washington, DC metropolitan area, including Montgomery County, Prince George's County, Northern Virginia (Fairfax, Arlington, Alexandria, and surrounding areas), and Washington, DC. A travel surcharge may apply for locations more than 25 miles from central Washington, DC. Virtual sessions are available nationwide.
ev&Me sessions are educational and informational in nature. We provide guidance on vehicle features, technology, and best practices based on general knowledge and publicly available information. ev&Me LLC is not a licensed mechanic, automotive technician, or financial advisor. Nothing in our sessions constitutes mechanical, safety, legal, or financial advice.
ev&Me LLC is independent of any vehicle manufacturer, dealership, or charging network. We are not authorized service providers for any vehicle brand and do not perform mechanical repairs or warranty work.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ev&Me LLC's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific session giving rise to the claim.
ev&Me LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to damage to your vehicle, loss of data, or reliance on information provided during a session.

All content on evandme.co, including text, graphics, and session materials, is the property of ev&Me LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our express written permission.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Maryland.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
