Request a Session
Tell us which session you want, when works for you, and a little about your vehicle and what you'd like to get out of it. The intake form is what lets us show up prepared.
We'll confirm a time with you, then send a reminder 24 hours before. No prep required on your end.

We Come to You
We come to you — a parking lot near your home, your office, a park, wherever works best. We'll sit in your actual vehicle together — no showroom, no commute, no pressure. The session runs 90 minutes, focused entirely on your car.
Just have your car accessible and charged to at least 20% for EV sessions. We'll confirm a meeting spot that works for you when you book.

Leave with Confidence
By the end of the session, you'll know how to use the features that actually matter to you — charging, navigation, driver assist, and apps. Within 24 hours, you'll receive a personalized written recap you can refer back to anytime.
A 30-day follow-up is included with every in-person session.

Common questions

Do you work with gas vehicles, or only EVs?
All new and recent vehicles. EV, hybrid, plug-in hybrid, or a fully gas-powered car loaded with modern technology. If your car has a screen or features you haven't figured out, we can help.
How long is a session?
The ev&Me Experience is a half-day engagement. The Ownership Session is 90 minutes, in person or virtual. Those are the only two sessions we offer.
What do I need to do to prepare?
For EV sessions, have your car accessible and charged to at least 20%. We'll confirm a meeting spot that works for you — a parking lot nearby, your office, a park, wherever is convenient. We handle everything else.
What if I have more questions after the session?
Every in-person session includes a 30-day follow-up. You'll also receive a written recap within 24 hours that covers everything we went through together.
Can you set things up for me, or do I have to do it myself?
Both. The Ownership Session teaches you how everything works, and we configure whatever you would rather not set up yourself — charging schedules, driver profiles, phone integration and the apps — while we are there.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your session at no charge.
